Working from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, the Night Steward / Van Driver helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while providing reliable transportation to and from the airport.\nThe ideal candidate enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining clean and organized spaces, and is comfortable balancing guest service with hands-on cleaning responsibilities.\nEssential Functions and Duties\nGuest Transportation and Services\nSafely transport guests to and from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport and other approved destinations using the hotel shuttle.\nGreet guests professionally and assist with luggage, arrivals, departures, and transportation requests.\nLoad, unload, transport, and store guest luggage safely and efficiently.\nProvide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and transportation options.\nDeliver guest amenities, packages, messages, and other requested items to guest rooms.\nAssist overnight front desk personnel with guest requests and other service needs as necessary.\nMaintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel shuttle, reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly.\nOvernight Cleaning and Stewarding\nPerform routine overnight cleaning duties, primarily in the hotel's restaurant and bar areas.\nAssist with general cleaning and upkeep of other public areas as needed.\nComplete assigned cleaning tasks based on hotel activity and operational needs.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.\nAssist with additional housekeeping or cleaning responsibilities as directed.\nSafety, Security, and Overnight Operations\nConduct routine security walks throughout the hotel and surrounding property.\nMonitor public areas for safety concerns, suspicious activity, or maintenance issues.\nReport guest incidents, safety concerns, and maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate manager.\nFollow established hotel emergency procedures and security protocols.\nMaintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.\nWork closely with overnight front desk personnel to coordinate guest transportation, service requests, and operational priorities.\nRespond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, escalating issues when necessary.\nRequired Experience, Education, and Skills\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record.\nMust be at least 18 years of age to meet shuttle driver insurance requirements.\nAbility and willingness to work a consistent overnight schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.\nExcellent customer service and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple responsibilities.\nWillingness to perform routine cleaning and custodial duties throughout the shift.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.\nAbility to lift and carry luggage and other items weighing up to 50 pounds.\nDependable, punctual, professional, and trustworthy.\nPrevious hospitality, transportation, janitorial, or security experience is preferred but not required.
