This role ensures the cleanliness of the dining area and preparation stations while providing excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.\nEssential Functions and Duties:\nSet up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring all items are stocked and available throughout service. \nGreet guests warmly and provide assistance with food and beverage selections. \nEnsure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, buffet, and kitchen prep stations. \nReplenish food and beverage items as needed, including hot and cold items, condiments, and utensils. \nFollow proper food handling and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations. \nMonitor inventory and notify the supervisor of any shortages or reorder needs. \nClear and clean tables, removing used dishes and ensuring the dining area is always presentable. \nRespond to guest inquiries and provide a positive dining experience. \nAssist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service, including cleaning and storing equipment. \nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.\nRequired Experience, Education, and Skills:\nPrevious experience in food and beverage service or a customer-facing role is preferred. \nStrong communication and customer service skills. \nAbility to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. \nBasic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. \nWork Environment:\nPrimarily an indoor environment with frequent standing and walking required during shifts. \nExposure to kitchen and food service equipment, as well as cleaning chemicals. \nMust be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. \nFlexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required. \nOther Duties:\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job.
