Let's make every day an adventure together!\nAbout the Position:\nPLR Recruitment Solutions, part of Stone Harbor Staffing Group, is looking for an Executive Recruiter who will be responsible for screening job applicants and qualifying them for assigned positions, evaluating both technical skills and soft skills. In addition, whenever required, the Executive Recruiter will be responsible for driving the candidate acquisition process by identifying and engaging top talent for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU).\nPlease note: This is a temporary position with an expected duration of four months. When you join our corporate team, your work contributes to advancing scientific innovation and helping life-changing therapies reach patients faster.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nUtilize a range of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking sites, and direct outreach.\n\nBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.\n\nDevelop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.\n\nWork closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs.\n\nProvide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status.\n\nMaintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.\n\nEnsure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nOne year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls.\n\nPossess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies, procedures, and jobs’ impact on the organization.\n\nMake quality decisions and meet the timeliness of those decisions.\n\nWork with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.\n\nWork independently, see business needs, and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.\n\nAnalyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, and utilize time.\n\nAttend to the needs and expectations of customers.\n\nAffect or change others' positions and opinions.\n\nEngage effectively in dialogue.\n\nSalary: Annualized at $60,000 - $75,000 (actual pay will be prorated based on the length of the temporary assignment)\nThe starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
