Let's make every day an adventure together!\nAbout the Position:\nOrbis Clinical is looking for a(an) Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for specialized positions across the Life Sciences industry, supporting clients within Medical Device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, MedTech, and related organizations.This role partners closely with account management and business leadership to understand client hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, identifyand engage highly qualified talent, and successfully manage candidates from initialoutreach through interview, offer, onboarding, and assignment completion.Develop and maintainstrong candidate pipelines, build long-term relationships with consultants and industry professionals, and contributing to revenue and gross margin goals through successful placements and redeployment. Join a team where your work supports scientific progress and real-world patient impact.\nWhat You'll Do: \nParticipate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies, client needs, and methods that will achieve the highest order fill rates.\n\nProvide input on the enhancement of systems, process flow, or benefits.\n\nLeverage the company database to further expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels.\n\nUtilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.\n\nCreate and post job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.\n\nConduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.\n\nIdentify candidates' critical success factors by utilizing effective interview techniques, including behavioral and situational questions.\n\nQualify candidates for open positions and submit to client facilities per submission guidelines.\n\nManage the submission, interview, offer, negotiation, closing, and all administrative components involved in recruiting.\n\nStrategize with account managers to maximize interviews and offers, resulting in a higher submission-to-placement ratio.\n\nNegotiate all components of the candidate’s package while being mindful of individual and team gross margin goals.\n\nExtend offers of employment on behalf of the strategic business unit (SBU) to selected clinicians under the direction of the client facility and SBU leadership.\n\nFacilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating start dates, preparing pre onboarding materials.\n\nMaintain strong communication with candidates via phone and email from the initial application throughout their assignment serving as a point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance.\n\nWork closely with contract employees to identify redeployment opportunities and facilitate transitions to new assignments.\n\nEnsure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).\n\nStay informed on industry trends, innovative recruiting techniques, and competitor information to remain competitive in sales.\n\nRecommend enhanced recruitment strategies and new approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.\n\nWhat You Bring:\nThree or more years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred.\n\nExperience within Medical Device, Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, MedTech, scientific, engineering, or other specialized professional staffing environments preferred.\n\nDemonstrated ability to source and recruit specialized professional talent in competitive markets.\n\nExperience managing candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, submission, interview preparation, offer negotiation, onboarding, and redeployment.\n\nExperience working in a metrics-driven staffing environment with an understanding of placements, revenue, gross margin, candidate activity, and recruitment performance metrics preferred.\n\nAbility to develop strong relationships with candidates, account managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.\n\nPossess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.\n\nWork with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.\n\nWork independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.\n\nAnalyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time. Informing: Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience.\n\nAttend to the needs and expectations of customers.\n\nSalary: $60,000 to $70,000 Annually\nThe starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
