Join the Stoneridge Team as we continue to build upon our strong history and reputation for quality products to deliver innovative products and systems that address a need, exceed our customers’ expectations, and motivate our team.\nObjective of the position\nDue to unforeseen circumstances, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join Stoneridge immediately on a temporary basis for 3 to 6 months.\nYou will step into an international, open, and direct working environment where collaboration and ownership are at the heart of how we work. With plenty of autonomy you will take responsibility for a broad HR scope and provide hands-on support to our Dutch organization.\nWe are looking for someone who feels comfortable in a pragmatic and fast-moving environment: a strong HR partner who can advise employees and managers with confidence, make sound decisions, and stand their ground when the situation calls for it.\nCharacterization of activities\nManage payroll and HR administration, including salary changes, working hours checks, and coordination with external payroll providers.\nCoordinate the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts and employee changes, as well as expat onboarding, 30% ruling applications, and Highly Skilled Migrant visas.\nManage employee absence and leave administration.\nAdvise employees and managers on employment conditions, benefits, mobility, and general HR matters.\nAct as the first point of contact for HR and ensure professional and efficient HR support across the Dutch organization.\nEducation, Experience and Knowledge\nMin 3-5 years of HR experience, with a completed HBO degree in Human Resources Management or a comparable MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.\nStrong knowledge of Dutch employment law and regulations, with the confidence to advise and professionally challenge managers when needed.\nIndependent, proactive, and accountable, taking initiative and quickly assuming ownership of HR matters.\nStructured, accurate, and stress-resistant, with the ability to maintain a helicopter view and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable style and excellent command of both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing.\nComfortable working with Microsoft Office and HR systems; experience with Workday is preferred.\nWhat we offer\nAn hourly rate of between €70 and €80. 32 to 40 hours per week, on-site in Barneveld.
