Join the Stoneridge Team as we continue to build upon our strong history and reputation for quality products to deliver innovative products and systems that address a need, exceed our customers’ expectations, and motivate our team.\nObjective of the position\nIn this role, you will provide project-level leadership for the Electronics Design team in Tallinn. The team is responsible for developing hardware solutions for vehicle electronics, including PCB-based electronic systems and optical solutions. One of the key products the team works with is MirrorEye, a camera-based system that replaces traditional vehicle mirrors with cameras and in-cabin displays.\nYou will coordinate the team’s (3-5 people) work across projects, help set technical priorities, and make sure engineers have the support and direction they need to deliver their work. You will also follow project progress, quality, costs and deadlines.\nAt the same time, this is a hands-on role. You will stay involved in hardware development and work closely with engineers from different disciplines to turn customer and product requirements into practical technical solutions.\nKey responsibilities\nSet technical priorities based on project and business needs.\nCoordinate engineers and resources across projects, making sure responsibilities and priorities are clear.\nSupport project planning and follow up on progress, deadlines, quality and costs.\nImprove the team’s working methods, tools and processes where needed.\nWork with other engineering functions to solve technical issues and keep projects moving forward.\nFollow developments in electronics and related technologies and assess their relevance to our products.\nSupport knowledge sharing within the team and help engineers work effectively together.\nEducation, experience and knowledge\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems or a related field.\nPrevious experience in hardware and/or electronics engineering.\n3+ years of experience in a technical lead, project lead or similar leadership role.\nGood understanding of hardware and electronics development and how hardware and software work together.\nHands-on experience with PCB design, including layout, PCB/PCBA manufacturability and hardware validation.\nExperience with PCB design tools such as DxDesigner, PADS, Altium or Siemens Xpedition.\nGood English communication skills.\nKnowledge of PPAP, DFMEA, APQP and 8D is an advantage.\nKnowledge of RoHS, REACH, ISO 16750, ISO 26262 and R10 is an
