Join the Stoneridge Team as we continue to build upon our strong history and reputation for quality products to deliver innovative products and systems that address a need, exceed our customers’ expectations, and motivate our team.\nJOB SUMMARY:\nThis position will have responsibilities for day to day management of our Global Procurement inbox; managing incoming requests and administration of procurement data, tools and systems. It will also require coordination, communication, system tracking, and verification of supplier compliance and audit requests with external suppliers. Additional support and partnership with the cross-functional teams will be required with IT, finance and procurement.\nPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:\nManaging, motivating and distributing tasks among procurement team members to maintain data clarity, integrity and ensure processes are followed.\nAdministrator for procurement tools such as JDE, powerBI reports, and supplier contact information.\nAssist in training activities and drive communication and clarity internally to ensure Stoneridge has a clear understanding internally of what procurement process & procedures to be followed. \nAssist in other special projects and business initiatives as requested by the Procurement Management teams\nAssist in maintaining up-to-date vendor records, contracts, and compliance documentation.\nAnalyze procurement data to identify trends and process improvement.\nAssist in implementing procurement policies, tools, and systems for greater efficiency. \nDevelop dashboards and reports to track KPIs \nCollaborate cross functionally to improve procurement systems and reporting capabilities\nEDUCATION:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or Finance\nEXPERIENCE:\nTwo years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing, Finance, Project Management, Release Management\n KNOWLEDGE:\nPrevious experience with data management, specifically in procurement or a production environment.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record for driving change.\nKnowledge of automotive products and development\nFluent oral / written skills in English (Spanish would be beneficial)\nFamiliarity with project management approaches and tools\nExperience establishing business processes and auditing for compliance.\nFUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nStrong analytic skills and common sense logistical sense, and the ability to effectively work with
