As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will work closely with Product Development and Operations teams to support products already in mass production. As part of our Series Engineering team,you will play a key role in implementing product improvements, managing engineering changes, and ensuring the continued performance, quality, and manufacturability of our products.\nCharacterization of activities\nProvide design support for existing products by implementing design improvements, supporting production in the investigation of quality issues, and carrying out design modifications and verification activities.\nUtilize Siemens NX, CAD, and Teamcenter PLM tools to create, manage, and maintain product designs and engineering documentation.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, automotive suppliers, and customers to ensure successful implementation of engineering changes.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of design methodologies, engineering tools, and development processes.\nExpand your technical expertise through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and hands-on learning from experienced colleagues.\nEducation, Experience and Knowledge\nHigher technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.\n5-7 years of experience in mechanical design, with hands-on expertise in product development, testing, and design validation.\nKnowledge of prototyping processes, material procurement, and engineering change management practices.\nStrong problem-solving skills, with familiarity with methodologies such as 8D, A3, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.\nBasic understanding of plastics (injection molding) and metal components, combined with good English
