This role will support Global Operations and Procurement functions in reaching performance goals and objectives by proactively identifying areas of opportunity for continuous financial improvement. This team member will be responsible for leveraging their analytical expertise to provide critical insights into financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain financial models to analyze historical data, forecast future trends, and support decision-making processes.\nConduct scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to assess potential impacts on financial outcomes.\nCollaborate with various departments to gather relevant data for budgeting and forecasting activities.\nLead preparation of annual budgets for material spend and operational targets, providing variance analysis and explanations.\nDevelop insight and perspective on operating plan variances.\nIdentify key performance indicators and create dashboards to monitor and communicate financial performance.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency in financial analysis and reporting.\nUtilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.\nSpecial projects as assigned.\nMonitor, maintain, and improve master data for reporting tools.\nRequired Qualifications, Experience, and Education\n5+ years of experience in FP&A or a related finance discipline.\nFinance and/or Accounting Bachelor’s Degree, Masters Preferred\nStrong proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics tools\nKnowledge of financial systems and multidimensional databases (JD Edwards, OneStream, Power BI, etc.)\nAbility to solve problems, escalate issues and manage multiple tasks\nExpertise with MS Office Tools; PowerPoint, Excel, etc.\nExperience with Tableau or MS Power BI preferred\nAbility to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, results of financial analysis, and actionable recommendations\nAttention to detail and willingness to learn\nResponsibly manages sensitive or confidential information\nSelf-starter; ability to work independently on projects and tasks\nStoneridge is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
