This position offers a clear path for growth once fully trained and certified as an Equipment Operator. Base rate increases to $23.00 per hour once fully trained.\nSteady Schedule + Seasonal Overtime to Keep Our Customers Smiling: Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nTrain and obtain certification on Reach Truck, Order Picker, Stand-up Forklift, and/or Walkie Rider.\nPhysically load and unload product off/on trucks.\nAccurately pick items according to order slips or by using RF scanning equipment.\nPack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and meet quality standards.\nAssist in organizing and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and order.\nIdentify damaged, missing, or incorrect items and report discrepancies to management.\nAdhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.\nOperate warehouse equipment such as standup forklifts, powered riding pallet jacks, and reach trucks,\nComply with all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations regarding warehouse operations.\nWork collaboratively with other team members to achieve overall warehouse objectives.\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure a seamless workflow.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nPrevious experience in a warehouse or similar environment highly preferred.\nExperience with inventory management and RF scanners.\nUnderstand numbers and letters on an RF scanner's screen.\nSkills & Abilities\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.\nComfortable working at heights, including operating equipment or performing tasks at elevated levels\nPhysical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nBasic math and computer skills in English or least the ability to read numbers and letters.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, squat, climb stairs, and lift for extended periods.\nAbility to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity.\nAbility to work overtime including
