We’re a local brand with national love, and we treat our people like part of the recipe.\nEarn It and Love It:\nPay rate: $16.00 per hour + 10% shift differential = $17.60 per hour\nSteady Schedule + Seasonal Overtime to Keep Our Customers Smiling: Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am\nRequirements\nLearn and perform basic duties on shipping floor as directed, to include Direct to Consumer/ Courier and Picking, Packing, as well as VAS packaging and labeling\nPick and confirm orders efficiently and accurately\nPack orders efficiently and correctly to prevent damage\nTicket or label orders as specified \nMaintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift and at the end of the shift\nReport any conditions that need attention to appropriate manager\nFollow all company policies and procedures with regard to safety, including food safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, and equipment\nAssist with other distribution activities as needed\nMust be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally.\nCapable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, with the ability to twist, bend, reach, squat, climb stairs and stand for several hours at a time\nComfortable with basic math- adding, subtracting, multiplication and division \nExperience with Radio Frequency Scanning (RF), trash/cardboard compactors desired but not required.
