Apprenticeship Perks:

• Compensation: All apprentices are paid at a competitive rate.

• Socials: Networking and acclimation to the company, office, and city are important aspects of the program. Socials and local favorites are planned at various points, with large events at the beginning and end of your apprenticeship

• Access to Senior Leaders: Senior leaders are involved in the program from day one, delivering trainings, presenting on firm business, weekly leadership calls, and even attending socials.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include but not limited to:

• Facilitate collaboration across delivery teams to ensure implementation of overall standards, best practices, and continuous improvement topics, such as: unit testing, continuous delivery, code reviews, and test automation.
• Collaboratively define quality gates for projects: code coverage, security scans, performance targets, etc.
• Support other teams and team members for overall testing processes and strategy, automation, performance and load, scalability, high availability, test case/data management, disaster recovery, security, and full integration testing.
• Works closely with global QA team and assists in resolving issues they may encounter.

Qualifications

Desired Tech skills

• Front-End: React Native ( Detox for Mobile Automation ), HTML, CSS, JavaScript , Typescript
• Back End: Java, Spring Boot, Micro Services, Mongo DB , PostGreSQL
• Architecture: Playwright, Test Automation, CI/CD Automation. Red Panda, Messaging, Event Sourcing, Workflow Orchestration
• Cloud: Azure Cloud
• Curiosity and aptitude to learn and work with AI technologies, including building and using AI tools

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity about data-driven marketing.

Desired Qualifications

• Completing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology , or a related field by July/August'27.
• Must be available for a full-time 6 month apprenticeship staring Jan'27 - 31st July-27

Working environment:

• Hybrid (as per RTO policy) - Minimum 4 days in a week in office
• Open to work in shifts ( as needed)
