From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.\nResponsibilities\nPosition Purpose: We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. This role will manage a diverse portfolio of hiring across both technical (Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, Product) and non-technical (Operations, Finance, Risk, Corporate Functions) roles.\nYou will partner closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong sourcing capability, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruitment delivery.\nPrimary duties will include:\nManage full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, post offer collaborations).\nLead hiring in India and other global locations across both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring strong market mapping and talent pipelining.\n Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines.\nProactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and market intelligence tools.\nBuild and maintain strong external talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.\nCollaborate with external vendor agencies where required and manage performance against agreed SLAs.\nProvide regular TA metrics, reporting, and hiring insights to stakeholders.\nEnsure strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.\n Partner with our Total Rewards team acquiring salary benchmarking and lead offer negotiation discussions.\nSupport campus hiring initiatives, walk-in drives, and employer branding activities as required.
