This role ensures smooth operations, timely resolution of incidents, and compliance with security and regulatory standards. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, SWIFT expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.\nResponsibilities\nPrimary duties will include:\n SWIFT Application Support\nManage and maintain SWIFT components (SAA, SAG, SNL, SWP, HSM, Alliance Connect).\nPerform installations, upgrades, patching, and configuration changes.\nEnsure compliance with SWIFT CSP and SIP guidelines.\n Payment Application Support (XMH)\nHandle L2 tickets, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes.\nMonitor production environments, perform health checks, and support releases.\nTroubleshoot secure communication channels (SFTP, IBM MQ, Kafka).\nHandle the new client onboarding Projects\nIncident & Problem Management\nParticipate in Severe-1 calls and provide RCA reports.\nCollaborate with L1 and development teams for issue resolution.\nMaintain documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues.\n Technical Operations\nExecute database queries (Postgres, MongoDB) for analysis.\nSupport UAT and production deployments.\nIdentify automation opportunities for operational efficiency.\nManage Swift mandatory and Security releases.\nQualifications\nTo land this role you will need:\nStrong knowledge of SWIFT message formats (MT103, MT202, MT9xx) and ISO20022.\nExpertise in SWIFTNet, FileAct, and secure communication protocols.\nHands-on experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, and Linux administration.\nFamiliarity with sanctions screening tools (e.g., FircoSoft).\nGood understanding of ITIL processes for incident and change management.\nEducation / Certification Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n3-4 years of experience in Level 2 support within banking or financial services.\nCertifications in SWIFT or ITIL are a plus.\nWorking environment:\n 4 day's work from
