include:\nLeadership & Strategy\nLead and mentor a team of platform/automation engineers\nDefine and drive the platform engineering roadmap aligned with organisational goals\nCollaborate with stakeholders (engineering, security, DevOps, leadership) to deliver scalable solutions\nEstablish best practices for GitOps, CI/CD, and platform governance\nGitHub Enterprise (GHE) Administration &
