policies, procedures and Job Descriptions\nSupport the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV screening, interviewing and candidate selection\nSupport onboarding, offboarding and performance management processes\nContribute to the day-to-day management of HR operations and employee-related matters\nMaintain and monitor employee records, attendance, leave and payroll-related data\nActively support the monthly payroll process, including payroll preparation, review and payment coordination\nWork with ERGANI and support HR processes related to Greek employment legislation\nSolid knowledge and practical experience in Digital Work Card management and related ERGANI II processes\nOrganize company events and employee engagement activities\nActively participate in and support HR projects and initiatives\n\nRequirements\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n3+ years experience in an HR Generalist or similar role\nGood understanding of Greek employment law, ERGANI & basic payroll processes\nExperience in recruitment and performance evaluation\nFluent English\nProficient in MS Office especially in Excel & PowerPoint\nDutch language skills are considered a strong plus\nStrong organization and ability to deliver against deadlines\nQuick thinker & problem solver with a practical, can-do mindset\nConfident and comfortable handling challenging situations\nProactive, adaptable
