Explore our platform solutions at storable.com.\nOverview\nStorable is seeking a commercially minded Account Manager (Farmer) to grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) within an assigned book of existing Mid-Market or SMB customers. \nIn this role, you will convert usage trends, facility growth, and product whitespace into expansion bookings. You will partner closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM), who owns product adoption and the mechanical execution of the renewal, stepping in to lead commercial terms when the renewal requires restructuring. \nWhat You'll Do Every Day\nAccount Planning & Whitespace: Build account plans for priority accounts using account scores and whitespace analysis by revenue line.\nExpansion Execution: Run defined expansion plays, including facility adds, Easy-to-Edge upgrades, and Marketplace opt-ins.\nPipeline Conversion: Identify expansion opportunities and convert them-alongside signals surfaced by the CSM. Own the pricing, proposal, and contract processes for expansion.\nForecast & Operations: Maintain a highly accurate expansion pipeline and forecast in Salesforce, providing clear visibility into segment performance.\nCross Functional Alignment: Own the identification and closure of expansion opportunities. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identity and accelerate sales cycles though collaboration and team-selling. \nWhat You Need to Bring\n3+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, or closing Sales experience in B2B SaaS, with a primary focus on upselling and cross-selling existing accounts.\nDemonstrated ability to navigate account whitespace and run data-driven expansion plays.\nStrong commercial negotiation skills, specifically dealing with add-ons, co-terms, and contract restructuring.\nCollaborative mindset, with a history of partnering successfully with Customer Success teams to drive account growth.\nRigorous pipeline management and forecasting skills using Salesforce.\nBonus Points\nExperience in the self-storage, property management, or broader real estate technology sectors.\nFamiliarity with integrated payments, marketplace solutions, or embedded insurance portfolios.\nTraining in formal sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Command of the Message, Sandler).\nWork Authorization\nAll applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.\nStorable is a fully distributed company and currently employs individuals residing in all U.S. states except Alaska, Hawaii, and New Hampshire.\nAbout Us:\nAt Storable, we're redefining property management for specialty real estate.
