You'll translate established brand systems into clear, compelling marketing and communications across digital and print channels.\nThis hands-on, mid-career role owns assigned projects from brief through final delivery. You'll partner with our design leader and business stakeholders to understand requests, clarify requirements, manage feedback, and deliver consistent work across channels.\nYou'll also help the team scale its design support by improving templates, organizing reusable assets, and identifying ways to make recurring production work more efficient.\nWhat you'll do every day\nCreate digital and print materials, including campaign assets, presentations, sales collateral, and event materials.\nAdapt designs for different formats, audiences, and channels while maintaining established brand standards.\nOwn assigned projects from brief through final delivery, managing priorities and communicating progress along the way.\nClarify requirements, identify gaps early, and align stakeholders on scope, timing, and deliverables.\nPresent design work, explain creative decisions, and incorporate feedback while keeping the work aligned to the brief.\nPrepare production-ready files for digital publishing and print delivery.\nReview typography, layout, imagery, and overall file quality before delivery.\nOrganize source files, templates, and reusable assets so the team can easily find and use them.\nUse AI-assisted design tools to explore concepts, adapt assets, and improve production workflows while applying sound creative judgment.\nEvaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, visual quality, accessibility, and brand consistency, and identify opportunities to improve recurring design tasks.\nWhat you need to bring\nA portfolio that demonstrates strong digital and print design, with attention to typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand application.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.\nExperience managing design assignments independently from brief through delivery.\nExperience collaborating with colleagues outside design, incorporating feedback, and communicating project status and changes clearly.\nThe ability to balance competing requests, ask useful questions, raise risks early, and meet deadlines.\nExperience using AI tools in design workflows and evaluating and refining AI-generated output for accuracy, visual quality, and brand consistency.\nBonus points\nExperience supporting multiple brands, business areas, or specialty real estate, hospitality, or SaaS products.\nExperience creating presentations, sales collateral, event materials, or campaign systems.\nExperience building templates, maintaining design libraries, or improving recurring production workflows.\nExperience with motion design, video, or other emerging content formats.\nExperience working with distributed or cross-functional teams across regions and time zones.\nAll applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States and able to work a hybrid schedule in our Bellevue, WA office.\nStorable is a fully distributed company, but is currently only registered for employment in certain states.
