This role is responsible for implementing scalable solutions, improving user experience, maintaining data integrity, and partnering closely with Business Systems Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product.\nThe ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, a passion for operational efficiency, and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable, well-documented platform changes.\nResponsibilities\nSalesforce Configuration & Administration\nConfigure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and permission sets.\nBuild and optimize Salesforce Flows using best-practice patterns (bulkification, limits awareness, error handling).\nMaintain security models, user access, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.\nSupport the creation and refinement of reports, dashboards, and list views.\nAssist with CPQ, case management, lead routing, and other GTM workflows as needed.\nPlatform Maintenance & Data Quality\nMonitor system health and troubleshoot user issues, data errors, and automation failures.\nPerform data updates, uploads, deduplication, cleansing, and quality monitoring.\nMaintain sandbox environments-including refresh cycles, testing coordination, and metadata cleanliness.\nCollaborate on system audits, optimization efforts, and routine administrative maintenance.\nSolution Delivery & Collaboration\nPartner with Business Systems Analysts to understand requirements, user stories, and use cases.\nTranslate requirements into well-structured technical solutions aligned with platform best practices.\nCollaborate with Salesforce Developers when custom code or advanced components are required.\nParticipate in design discussions, estimating effort and identifying edge cases or downstream impacts.\nTesting, Deployment & Documentation\nCreate and execute test cases for admin-built changes; assist with UAT coordination.\nSupport release management processes: change documentation, version tracking, deployment validation, and end-user support.\nMaintain admin-level documentation for configurations, workflows, data models, and processes.\nEnsure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions.\nTraining, Support & User Enablement\nProvide day-to-day support for Salesforce users across Sales, Marketing, Support, and other departments.\nDeliver short trainings, demos, and walkthroughs to help users adopt new features or workflows.\nDevelop user-facing guides, FAQs, and quick-reference materials.\nIdentify recurring user issues and recommend automation or process changes to reduce friction.\nContinuous Improvement & Governance\nContribute to the evolution of governance standards for documentation, request intake, data structures, and development patterns.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and optimize user experience.\nParticipate in Continuous Improvement huddles and Strategic Project huddles as needed.\nStay up to date on Salesforce releases, new features, and platform best practices.\nQualifications\n2-4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.\nStrong working knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, validation rules, objects, fields, record types, security model).\nExperience gathering requirements and translating them into system changes.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and comfort troubleshooting issues across automations and data.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.\nFamiliarity with GTM processes (Sales, Marketing, Support) and how they operate within Salesforce.\nStrong organizational skills and commitment to documentation and process discipline.\nSalesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or higher (preferred).\nHighly Preferred:Experience with HubSpot, Workato, or similar GTM/automation platforms.\nExposure to Apex triggers, LWC concepts, or integration workflows (not required but beneficial).\nExperience supporting SaaS, RevOps, or Business Operations environments.\nFamiliarity with CPQ, subscription billing, or contract management workflows.\n\nAbout Us:\nAt Storable, we’re redefining property management for specialty real estate.
