This role will focus on developing high-quality Salesforce solutions-including Apex, Flows, LWC, and system configurations-that enable efficient processes, reliable data, and seamless cross-system operations.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on technical builder with a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, an eye for scalable design, and the drive to translate business needs into high-impact system functionality. While technical skills take priority, the role also requires clear communication and close collaboration with stakeholders and the Business Operations team.\nResponsibilities\nSalesforce Development\nDesign, build, test, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and LWC components.\nDevelop Salesforce Flows and automation using best-practice patterns (e.g., bulkification, governor limit awareness).\nImplement and refine configurations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (objects, fields, layouts, permissions, validation rules).\nSupport CPQ, integrations, and other platform extensions as needed.\nSystem Architecture, Configuration, & Automation\nAssist in designing scalable data models and process automation structures.\nContribute to the development of declarative and programmatic solutions that improve GTM efficiencies.\nHelp maintain integration points between Salesforce and GTM systems (HubSpot, databases, APIs, Workato), escalating complex cases as needed.\nOwnership of delivery quality. Participate in code reviews, version control, and deployment processes (CI/CD).\nCollaboration\nWork closely with other developers, admins, analysts, and the Director of Business Operations to implement system enhancements.\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement iterative improvements.\nTranslate business and functional requirements into technical solutions with appropriate documentation.\nProvide technical support and guidance to admins and analysts when issues relate to code-driven functionality.\nTroubleshooting & Continuous Improvement\nDiagnose and resolve Salesforce defects, automation failures, and integration-related issues.\nMonitor system performance, data integrity, and automation reliability.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce technical debt, and improve maintainability.\nStay current with Salesforce platform releases and recommend enhancements that add value.\nQualifications\n3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.\nProficiency in Apex (classes, triggers), SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.\nStrong experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.\nExperience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud core functionality.\nFamiliarity with integration patterns and debugging data sync issues (Workato, APIs, HubSpot, or similar platforms a plus).\nSolid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and governor limits.\nWorking knowledge of Git-based version control and CI/CD best practices.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEffective communicator able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nCertifications:\nRequired: Salesforce Platform Developer I\nPreferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, and System Architect\nPreferred: \nExperience with Apex REST integrations or API-based data exchange.\nFamiliarity with Lightning Web Components beyond basic modifications.\nExperience in RevOps, Sales, Marketing, or post-sales operational environments.\nBackground supporting SaaS or private-equity-owned companies.\nComfort with Python or JavaScript for supplemental scripting (nice-to-have).\nAbout Us:\nAt Storable, we’re redefining property management for specialty real estate.
