Working closely with engineering, design, sales, and other cross-functional teams, you'll translate complex customer problems into scalable solutions and own products from initial concept through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nOur Product organization supports a diverse set of platforms and experiences, with opportunities across Facility Management Systems, Payments, Insurance, Shared Platform Services, Websites and CRM, and Communications Features (e.g., voice calling, Twilio, etc.) Depending on your background, interests, and business needs, you'll be aligned with one or more of these product areas, helping build connected solutions that serve our customers and support Storable's broader technology ecosystem.\nWe're looking for a hands-on product leader who thrives in ambiguity, operates independently, and is equally comfortable discussing technical architecture with engineers and product value with customers.\nWhat You'll Do\nDefine and own product strategy, roadmap, and feature priorities, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.\nGather and analyze customer feedback, product data, and market insights to identify opportunities and prioritize solutions that deliver measurable value.\nPartner closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, evaluate architecture and design tradeoffs, and deliver scalable, reliable software products.\nLead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and technical definition through development, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.\nSupport go-to-market activities, including product positioning, pricing and packaging recommendations, sales enablement, and launch planning.\nEngage directly with customers and prospects, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to understand needs, communicate product value, and support commercial opportunities.\nMake informed prioritization decisions, balancing customer impact, engineering effort, time to market, and business outcomes.\nCommunicate product strategy, technical decisions, and performance through clear documentation and effective collaboration with engineering, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nUse AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, and product development while applying sound technical and business judgment.\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of technical experience (product manager, customer/software engineering, forward deployed engineering, etc.), with a track record of delivering complex software products or technology-enabled services to paying customers.\nExperience owning the full product lifecycle, from product definition and engineering development through go-to-market, launch, and ongoing improvement.\nStrong technical fluency, with the ability to engage meaningfully in discussions involving software architecture, APIs, integrations, data, and engineering tradeoffs.\nExperience working closely with software engineering teams to translate customer and business needs into clear technical requirements and product features.\nDemonstrated experience developing customer-facing software products, ideally within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, cloud platforms, or similarly complex technical environments.\nExperience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, or Business Development on product launches, customer adoption, pricing, packaging, or other go-to-market initiatives.\nStrong analytical and business judgment, with the ability to prioritize opportunities and measure success through customer and commercial outcomes.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and operate independently in ambiguous environments.\nPractical experience using AI tools to improve product management workflows, analysis, prototyping, or delivery.\nNice to Have\nExperience with cloud platforms, APIs, developer tools, integrations, data products, payments, marketplaces, or AI-enabled software.\nExperience building and scaling externally offered software products or services.\nBackground in B2B SaaS, vertical software, property technology, or operationally complex industries.\nTechnical education or prior hands-on experience in software engineering, systems, or data.\nWhy Storable\nYou'll have the opportunity to help shape foundational products across Storable's growing Seattle-based product and engineering organization.
