Every day.\nWe are now looking for a Controller to join our team in Ostrava, Czechia.\nAs a Controller, you will be responsible for:\nOperate as Finance business partner for Business Area/Business Unit entity or group function \nLead or support controlling and financial reporting processes for entity/function in scope of responsibility\nOwn and ensure efficient and accurate closing, analysis and reporting related activities for the entity/ function\nContribute and drive efficient and accurate forecasting and budgeting process in entity/ function\nRepresent entity/function for requests from other Finance Operations processes Record to Report (RtR), Purchase to Pay (PtP), Order to Cash (OtC)\nEnsure Stora Enso Finance processes and policies are implemented and applied in entity/ function\nProactively find opportunities, suggest actions and drive change to continuously improve and harmonize end-to-end controlling processes\nDrive and contribute to process automation and other development projects\nEnsure close co-operation and communication with entity/ function and key stakeholders in Finance and other functions\nSupport and train stakeholders in controlling related matters\nQualifications:\nEducation in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (economy high school diploma/university degree)\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in controlling, management reporting or accounting\nGood understanding of controlling processes (entity closing and operative financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting)\nGood knowledge of controlling tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, SAP, OneStream, Power BI)\nExperience of driving process improvements and harmonization\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nAbility to operate in a matrix organization in international environment\nGood communication skills and business-oriented mindset\nFluent in English (written and spoken) at least B2 level\nWhat we offer\nBy joining us, you will be part of our diverse working culture supporting you to explore new perspectives and develop professionally.
