accounts\nServe as a day-to-day liaison between the customer, Key Account Manager, and internal teams\nMaintain a strong understanding of customer priorities, account plans, and industry offerings\nPartner with Key Account Managers to assess customer needs and help develop tailored solutions\nSupport customer-facing meetings, site visits, and presentations with Key Account Managers as needed, including regular travel to customer jobsites and headquarters.\nResponsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned to customer expectations\nCoordinate internal resources and external partners to support smooth execution across multiple account initiatives\nAssist in developing proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials for key accounts\nGather and clarify customer requirements, timelines, and project expectations\nBuild and maintain detailed project plans, action logs, and follow-up items for open workstreams\nTrack scope, schedule, risks, and changes while keeping Key Account Managers informed of progress\nSupport strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-through\nIdentify project risks and escalation needs and partner with the Key Account Manager on resolution plans\nEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders\nMaintain accurate documentation, account records, and project status updates\nAdhere to company project management and account support processes\nReview completed work to identify and document lessons learned and process improvement opportunities\nShare project updates, customer insights, and best practices with the broader project management and sales teams\nParticipate in internal initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed\nSupport high-complexity projects and strategic customer initiatives\nProvide guidance and support to peers and contribute to team knowledge sharing\nTake on additional responsibilities that strengthen support for key accounts and customer outcomes\nBuild strong partnerships with key customer and vendor contacts\nNavigate order, financial, and operational processes that impact project and account execution\nLead or support design, implementation, and status calls with customers, vendors, and internal teams\nKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to manage multiple priorities across customers, projects, and internal stakeholders\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage critical deadlines and budgets\nExperience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment\nAbility to work through customer and project issues in a timely, solutions-oriented manner\nStrong technical and systems aptitude with proficiency in relevant business software and tools\nProficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Smartsheet, and other tools used to manage projects and customer communications\nStrong written and verbal communication skills across customer, sales, and internal teams\nAbility to learn, apply, and adapt to new technologies, products, and processes, including AI tools when relevant.\nStrong understanding of project coordination, customer support, and integrated solution environments\nDemonstrated commitment to quality, customer service, and execution excellence\nDemonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and leadership potential\nBA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience\nMinimum 5 years of project management, account support, or related experience\nIndustry certifications are beneficial but not required\nPROFESSIONAL
