Able to lead others through effective decision making and a sense of responsibility. Must be flexible with the ability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as needed.\nThis individual will support the execution of all processes and procedures related to inventory accuracy. Performs warehouse bin accuracy and maintains inventory shrink. Utilizes Order Management System and various types of material handling equipment.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to deliver on daily goals. \nWork closely with support staff (HR, Safety, Customer Service, Other Ops Leaders) to drive results. \nAddress operational and personnel issues affecting functional area. \nImplement process improvements and workload efficiency mechanisms.\nUtilize workload planning tools and other resources to complete scheduled workload ensuring orders are fulfilled to meet standards.\nInvestigate discrepancies and variances.\nPerform to quality standards in multiple functions.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nWhat You'll Need:\nMinimum of two to four years’ experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) / inventory systems in a high-volume facility.\nPrevious leadership experience. \nBachelor’s Degree or relevant experience\nPossesses basic clerical and data entry skills.\nPossesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
