You will serve as a lead in implementations and launches of new technical and fulfillment projects across the US and Canada. This position will offer the responsibility of managing expectations and the overall process of our 3PL warehousing function.\nWhat You'll Do:\nImplement systems and processes for all of Stord's business units\n\nOversee Systems Integrations and User Acceptance Testing end to end for upcoming brands\n\nDeploy technical and functional processes within the 4 walls, managing Design, SIT, UAT, Go-live and hypercare.\n\nImplement Stord's OMS and WMS systems end to end\n\nImplement physical and system processes to ensure self-sustainability and profitability within the fulfillment center operation\n\nEngage with internal teams as well as new and existing Stord customers to ensure a successful launch\n\nServe as a partner to ensure on-going needs are being met to the standard provided\n\nBuild easy to understand SOPs to hand-off to the Customer Experience and Local Operations teams\n\nWhat You'll Need:\nWarehouse or WMS implementation experience\n\nStrong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes\n\nAbility to manage complex projects and facilitation of cross functional planning and execution\n\nExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skills\n\nExperience managing an array of teams and stakeholders\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nRisk and opportunity mitigation and management experience\n\nBonus Points\nBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering\n\n3-5 years of experience within Supply Chain or Logistics\n\nDirect experience with WMS or Warehouse
