operating expenses, headcount, sales, customer performance, and other key business metrics\nSupport actuals vs. budget vs. forecast reporting\nPartner with Finance to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with financial statements and company planning\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual reporting and reduce reliance on spreadsheets and one-off analyses\nDashboards & Business Intelligence\nBuild and own executive dashboards that provide a clear view of company performance\nDevelop dashboards and reporting for internal leadership meetings across areas such as Sales, Operations, CX, Finance, and People\nEstablish consistent KPI definitions and create a single source of truth for critical business metrics\nImprove the way leaders access and consume data across the organization\nData & Analytics\nPull, analyze, and reconcile data across multiple systems and data sources\nStrong SQL proficiency and Semantic data layer experience\nIdentify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them\nTurn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations\nBuild repeatable processes and automated reporting wherever possible\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, strategic finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with large or complex datasets\nStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills\nExperience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or a similar BI platform\nStrong understanding of financial and operational metrics\nExceptional attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy\nAbility to work independently and take an ambiguous question from idea → analysis → executive-ready output\nStrong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical audiences\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nYou'd Be Especially
