This role involves advocating for employees, partnering with warehouse leadership, and ensuring the implementation of a consistent Stord culture. The HR Coordinator manages day-to-day HR functions and strives to continuously improve the employee experience, adapting to the dynamic environment of a startup. This role requires candidates to be fluent in both English and Spanish.\nThis position sits onsite between the hours of 7:00am - 3:30pm.\nWhat You'll Do:\nServe as the primary HR contact for all HR-related matters in the warehouse, providing consistent and dependable support.\n\nCollaborate with management on corrective actions, investigations, escalations, time and attendance requests, and benefits questions.\n\nProvide daily/weekly attendance reports to operations leadership, tracking UPT, PTO, callouts, and general attendance compliance.\n\nDevelop and maintain SOPs for people programs and processes to ensure legal compliance and industry consistency.\n\nAdvocate for employees while empowering them and their managers to self-advocate.\n\nAnalyze people data to identify trends and provide proactive engagement opportunities and solutions.\n\nEnforce people policies with input from the operations team to ensure best practices.\n\nCreate and maintain a positive culture that balances operational efficiency with supportive people programs.\n\nOrganize and implement ideas for employee engagement and operational excellence, in collaboration with the 1P People team.\n\nWhat You'll Need:\nBilingual in English and Spanish.\n\nProven ability to influence change and foster an inclusive environment for all employees.\n\nStrong skills in employee engagement and problem-solving with diverse populations.\n\nExperience working in a rapidly changing environment driven by continuous innovation.\n\nKnowledge and application of HR fundamentals.\n\nAbility to partner with management to develop forward-looking strategies and goals focused on the employee experience.\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.\n\nBonus Points:\nExperience in a startup environment or similarly dynamic workplace.\n\nFamiliarity with HR software and tools, such as Workday.\n\nExperience conducting employee engagement surveys and implementing action plans.\n\nKnowledge of safety and compliance procedures, including conducting onsite drug screenings.\n\nBackground in developing and managing employee engagement activities and
