You will lead implementations and launches of new STORD 3PL warehousing and fulfillment projects across the US and Canada. This position involves managing expectations and the overall process of our 3PL warehousing function, ensuring successful execution and continuous improvement.\nWhat You'll Do\nOversee the successful execution of facility design, including layouts, labor planning, pick & pack workflows, and WMS configuration and automation.\nManage the entire implementation process, ensuring all aspects are aligned with project goals and timelines.\nEngage with internal teams and new and existing STORD customers to ensure a successful launch and ongoing satisfaction.\nServe as a key partner to ensure ongoing needs are being met according to standards provided.\nBuild easy-to-understand Supplier & Customer playbooks to ensure a successful handoff between the 3PL and STORD Operations Team.\nIdentify and mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities throughout the implementation process.\nContinuously improve implementation methodologies and processes based on feedback and industry best practices.\nProvide training and support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations post-implementation.\nWhat You'll Need\nWarehouse or WMS implementation experience.\nStrong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes.\nAbility to manage complex projects, including facilitation of cross-functional planning and execution.\nExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.\nExperience managing various teams and stakeholders.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nRisk and opportunity mitigation and management experience.\nProven ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nBonus Points\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience within Supply Chain or Logistics.\nDirect experience with WMS or warehouse implementation.\nFamiliarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions.\nCertification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).\nExperience working in a startup
