This role is deeply embedded in warehouse operations, ensuring that systems, workflows, data, and physical processes work together seamlessly in live environments. You are responsible not just for configuring systems, but for making sure operations can execute at scale on Day 1 and remain stable post-launch. This role will require the employee to travel to various Stord fulfillment locations throughout the United States up to 50% of the time.What You’ll Do\nOwn end-to-end operational readiness for warehouse launches and transitions\n\nTranslate real-world warehouse processes into scalable WMS and OMS configurations\n\nPartner directly with Operations design, Implement, and validate operational work flows:\nReceiving, picking, packing, and shipping workflows\n\nEquipment, pack stations, and physical layout readiness\n\nReplenishment strategies, ICQA, cycle counts, and inventory states\n\nConfigure and validate WMS and OMS workflows to support operational execution\n\nLead inventory, SKU, and order data validation and reconciliation\n\nExecute UAT and live order testing with warehouse teams\n\nSupport cutover and go-live execution, including rollback planning\n\nProvide hypercare support, monitoring throughput, SLAs, and system stability\n\nCreate clear, usable SOPs for warehouse and CX team\n\nAct as the technical escalation point during live operations\n\nComfortable working in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with Client Facing, Operations and Technical teams\n\nThis Role Is Not\nA customer success or account management role\n\nA purely SaaS implementation position\n\nThis role operates inside live warehouse environments.\nBasic Qualifications:\n2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:\nWMS implementations\n\nWarehouse operations with system ownership\n\nFulfillment or logistics technology roles\n\n2+ years of Hands-on experience with:\nInventory loading and reconciliation\n\nLive warehouse go-lives or cutovers\n\nUser Acceptance Testing with operational users\n\n1 yr of experience+ with the following:\nD2C and/or B2B fulfillment workflows\n\nInventory statuses, replenishment, ICQA, cycle counts\n\nEnd-to-end order lifecycle (receive → ship)\n\nStrongly Preferred\nExperience supporting live warehouse launches or transitions\n\nExposure to:\nCarrier integrations and parcel workflows\n\nHazmat, lot control, shelf life, or compliance requirements\n\nAbility to write SOPs used on the warehouse floor\n\nExperience with data validation, reporting, or SQL-based
