As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for assembling products and ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that all products are assembled efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the manufacturing industry.\nResponsibilities\nAssemble products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.\nInspect and test components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.\nIdentify and troubleshoot assembly issues, providing solutions to improve processes and product quality. \nCollaborate with engineering and production teams to refine assembly procedures and implement best practices. \nMaintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols and company policies. \nParticipate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and product quality.\nRequired Qualifications\nAbility to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.\nComfortable using power tools and operating machines. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment. \nExcellent problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively.\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nProactive approach, demonstrating initiative in daily tasks.\nAbility to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in a mechanical assembly role.\nExperience working in a Lean manufacturing environment.\nExperience following 5S methodology.\nStrong understanding of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements \nThe position is based in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to stand for approximately 80% of their shift, walk approximately 20% of their shift, and carry 60-80 lbs.
