Cette application présente une complexité technique, organisationnelle et fonctionnelle importante, avec un historique dense.\nLe plan de production a récemment été migré sous Control‑M, opération rendue difficile par la volumétrie (plusieurs centaines de traitements) et des enchaînements complexes. Après une période sous tension marquée par de nombreux incidents, l’équipe est engagée dans une phase de fiabilisation et rationalisation du plan.\nFace à une série de chantiers incontournables et un manque de capacité (CAF), un renfort exceptionnel a été validé.
