StoryMachine ist seit 2017 die Berliner Agentur für strategisches Storytelling. Wir machen Brands, Persönlichkeiten und politische Institutionen sichtbar - journalistisch präzise, datengetrieben und für jeden Kanal gedacht.

Jetzt gehen wir den nächsten Schritt: Mit StoryMachine Analytics bauen wir eine eigenständige Software-Unit auf - eine LinkedIn-Analytics-App für C-Level und Führungskräfte, die bereits live ist und erste zahlende Kund*innen hat. Das Ziel ist die Ausgründung als eigenes Unternehmen.

Über die Stelle

Du unterstützt den Aufbau von StoryMachine Analytics operativ und arbeitestdirektmit dem Entrepreneur in Residence zusammen, übernimmstechteAufgaben und bekommstEinblick in den Aufbau einer Software-Unit von innen.

Deine Aufgaben

StoryMachine Analytics:

Operations-Support - Du unterstützt den EiR im Tagesgeschäft: Kunden-Onboarding, Kommunikation, Dokumentation und die Koordination mit dem externen Entwicklerteam. Hierfür brauchen wir dich an 2-3 fixen Tagen in der Woche, teilweise auch vor Ort.

Kundenbetreuung - Du bist Anlaufstelle für eingehende Anfragen, pflegst den Kundenkontakt und hilfst dabei, ein reibungsloses Nutzungserlebnis sicherzustellen.

Markt & Recherche - Du beobachtest Wettbewerber, recherchierst potenzielle Kund*innen und Partnerschaften und bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen auf.

Das bringst du mit

Studium - Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Geisteswissenschaften, Psychologie oder ein vergleichbares Fach - idealerweise ab dem 3. Semester.

Organisationstalent - Du behältst den Überblick, arbeitest strukturiert und verlierst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben nicht den Faden.

Eigeninitiative - Du wartest nicht auf Ansagen, sondern fragst nach, denkst mit und packst an.

Sprachkenntnisse - Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch.
