We value ownership, direct communication, sound judgment and people who improve the way work gets done rather than accepting recurring friction.\nAbout The Role\nWe need a builder who can run a client.You'll own a major sports client's product rollout and the AI-enabled services that run alongside it. You'll configure it, build the automations around it, investigate what breaks, and keep it running and improving after launch. There's no project-manager layer and no handoff once it's live. It's yours.\nYou won't write the core product code, but you'll know the product, its APIs, SDKs and configuration well enough to find problems yourself and give the client straight answers on trade-offs.\nWhat You'll Do\nTake client products and integrations from a messy brief to live (configuration, onboarding, testing, rollout) and keep owning them afterwards.\nBuild and run AI-powered automations, tools and workflows that speed up delivery and make the product better for clients.\nKeep AI services reliable after launch: know what goes in and what comes out, check the output, and catch problems before the client does.\nReproduce issues yourself by checking config, data and expected behaviour, then hand Engineering a clear problem, not a forwarded email.\nDecide what's worth fixing in your product area and work directly with engineers to ship it.\nKeep the client clear on progress and honest about constraints, and turn what you learn into changes Product and Engineering act on.\nDirect one or two more junior teammates, and leave behind tools and automation that make the next cycle easier.\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou've built something with AI that's in real use: an automation, an agentic step in a pipeline, or a tool people rely on. Not chatbot use.\nYou've taken a client-facing product or integration from brief to live, and kept running it after launch.\nYou started somewhere technical (support, integrations, QA, development or similar) and grew into owning client or product outcomes.\nYou're comfortable with APIs, SDKs, configuration and data, without needing to be an engineer.\nYou've worked somewhere the process didn't exist yet: a startup, a scale-up, a fast-moving agency, or something you started yourself.\nYou make good calls with incomplete information and don't wait to be told before making progress.\nYou communicate clearly and directly with both clients and technical teams.\nNice To Have\nA background in sport, media, live events or ad-tech.\nExperience with SaaS or developer-facing products: SDKs, CMS, analytics.\nThis Isn't For You If\nYour recent work is mainly running ceremonies, RAID logs, steering packs or account relationships, or you'd rather manage the people doing the work than do it yourself.\nRECRUITMENT PROCESS\nShort call focused on your experience and use of AI. \nPaid take-home task based on a real delivery and AI-operations problem.
