Read on to learn more about an exciting opportunity to join our team.\nImpact You'll Make\nExecute CFO Advisory engagements focused on financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting operations, financial reporting, and finance function improvement.\nSupport clients in evaluating and improving finance and accounting processes, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial performance analysis.\nAnalyze financial and operational data to identify trends, assess business performance, and develop actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.\nAssist in developing financial models, budgets, forecasts, KPI dashboards, and management reporting packages to improve financial visibility and support CFO-level decision-making.\nEvaluate existing accounting operations, internal controls, and financial reporting processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the day-to-day execution of CFO Advisory engagements, working closely with internal teams and client finance leadership.\nAssist clients with FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial performance reporting.\nDevelop and maintain financial models, management reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and other analytical tools to support financial and operational decision-making.\nAssess and improve accounting operations, including month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and related processes and controls.\nSupport finance transformation initiatives, including process documentation, workflow improvements, reporting automation, and the implementation or improvement of financial systems.\nAssist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements, supporting schedules, and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.\nWork with finance and accounting systems, including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, and financial planning and reporting tools.\nUse AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve financial analysis, automate recurring processes, and increase efficiency across finance and accounting functions.\nCollaborate with other service lines, including valuation, transaction advisory, and disputes, to provide financial analysis and project support.\nContribute to business development and marketing efforts, including proposals, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.\nParticipate in market-facing activities to develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, referral sources, and other finance professionals.\nDemonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in contributing to the continued growth of the CFO Advisory practice.\nWhat You Bring\nUnderstanding of corporate finance, FP&A, accounting operations, and financial reporting processes.\nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.\nFamiliarity with month-end close processes, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and general ledger accounting.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data, identify trends, and communicate findings to management.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.\nFamiliarity with financial reporting, ERP, and business intelligence tools; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or financial planning software is a plus.\nWorking knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.\nExperience identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting efficiency.\nFamiliarity with cash flow management, working capital analysis, and financial performance metrics.\nInterest in using AI tools and technology to improve productivity, reporting, and financial analysis.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate financial information into clear, actionable insights.\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong client-service orientation.\nStrong organizational, project management, and time management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.\nCreative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.\nPositive attitude, accountability, and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.\nEducation and/or Training\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\n3+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting operations, financial reporting, or financial advisory services. Experience in public accounting, consulting, or corporate finance and accounting functions preferred.\nCPA certification or active progress toward CPA certification preferred.
