The ideal candidate should be hands-on with SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, data modelling, automation, and advanced analytics, and be comfortable turning ambiguous business problems into measurable, data-driven solutions.\n\nK E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S\n\n• Advanced Data Analytics: Analyse complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, anomalies, patterns, bottlenecks, and root causes.\n• SQL & Analytical Data Preparation: Develop complex SQL queries, transformations, reusable datasets, and analytical models across multiple data sources.\n• BI & Visualisation: Build and enhance Power BI/Tableau dashboards, KPIs, DAX/calculation, drill-downs, and automated reporting.\n• Data Quality & Reconciliation: Develop validation, reconciliation, and exception logic to identify inconsistencies and improve data reliability.\n• Python & Automation: Use Python, Pandas, APIs, and automation to streamline data processing, reporting, validation, and repetitive workflows.\n• Operational Analytics: Perform KPI, SLA, variance, trend, and performance analysis to identify actionable business improvements.\n• Predictive & Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive techniques to support proactive decision-making.\n• AI / GenAI: Identify and develop practical AI/ML/GenAI use cases for intelligent insights, anomaly detection, natural-language analytics, and workflow automation.\n• Returns Authorization & Management: Review, process, and authorize hardware return requests from customers and field technicians.\n• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business and technical teams to define requirements, validate insights, communicate findings, and deliver data-driven solution.\n\nR E Q U I R E D S K I L L S & Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S\n\n• 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Operations Analytics\n• Strong hands-on SQL and strong experience with Power BI or Tableau\n• Hands-on experience with Python\n• Experience with data modeling, transformation, validation, and reconciliation\n• Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and analytical techniques\n• Experience working with multiple data sources\n• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills\n• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills\n\nP R E F E R R E D S K I L L S\n\n• AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs\n• Forecasting, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection\n• APIs and ETL/ELT concepts\n• Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, or Azure\n• Experience in technology, hardware, inventory, supply chain, or other operational domains\n\nE D U C A T I O N\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)\n\nKindly reach out to the below mail to share your updated resume.\n\ntharun. -
