It’s exciting times to be at stow!\nLocation: Adairsville, GA\n The Beam Line Welding Machine Operator sets up, programs, runs, and maintains automated welding robots, focusing on loading/unloading beams, reading blueprints, monitoring weld quality with gauges, performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring safety to produce consistent, high-quality beam components on the welding robotic cell, requiring strong attention to detail.\nKnowledge of the operation of machines \nCapable of running Welding robots: handling, positioning robots, modifying welding positioning with supervisor permission\nKnowledge of TCP Torch Control\nUtilize the spare parts for small interventions on robots, contact tip, gas nozzle, gas distributors\nPerform quality checks tape measure, bench and measuring station, automatic weld control camera and hook control camera \nSetup & operation: Load/unload parts, position workpieces using jigs/fixtures, and initiate the robotic welding process\nProgramming : Input and adjust parameters (power, speed, pattern) for the robot controller based on engineering specs\nQuality control : Visually inspect welds, use measuring tools (gauges, calipers), and remove spatter to ensure parts meet specifications\nMaintenance: Perform routine upkeep like cleaning nozzles, changing wire/tips, lubricating, and reporting malfunctions\nTroubleshooting: Identify and resolve errors or system malfunctions during production runs\nDocumentation: Complete production logs, downtime reports, and quality records\nSafety & housekeeping: Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and wear required PPE\n Education: High school diploma or GED;
