The role serves as a key liaison between sales, service, transportation, and inventory teams to ensure operational efficiency and a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and a working knowledge of OEM programs and internal systems. The position also supports front-line customer interactions, contributing to overall sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.\nKnowledge and Skill Requirements:\nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and fostering positive relationships.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.\nStrong mathematical skills required, with the ability to perform calculations and solve complex problems.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, able to maintain composure and clarity when handling challenging or high-stress interactions.\nEducation Requirements:\nFour year degree required with concentration in business administration, supply chain management or related field. Relevant work experience can replace education requirement.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nGenerate quotes for new compact machines.\nProcess billing for new compact machine sales.\nCoordinate demo setups and no-charge agreements.\nCollaborate with service and transportation teams to ensure machines are prepped and delivered.\nWork with yard personnel to facilitate machine prep and customer pickups.\nMonitor no-charge inventory and follow up with sales reps to ensure timely resolution.\nReview work orders for new machine deals to verify cost accuracy and proper documentation.\nMaintain expertise in OEM and partner marketing programs; apply incentives appropriately and secure necessary approvals for claims.\nCommunicate regularly with the inventory management team regarding machine needs and sales trends.\nSecondary Responsibilities\nAssist walk-in customers.\nRespond to inbound customer calls.\nLeadership Responsibilities:\nNone\nPreferred Experience and Skills:\nExperience with Microsoft Office suite is required. Salesforce and DBS experience is preferred.\nPhysical and Mental Requirements:\nMust be able to work independently and as part of a team.\nMust be able to pass background check, physical exam and drug screening test.\nWork Environment:\nMost work is conducted in a comfortable office environment but exposure to site conditions may also occur. Personal protective equipment must be worn in areas as required.
