We need someone with an analytical mindset (a background in QA/testing or technical support is ideal) who is comfortable navigating test flows with VPNs, digging into API docs, and jumping on calls with external partners or internal product teams. Your mission is to ensure our bank integrations (Open Banking, SEPA, and local payment methods) are smooth, UX-validated, and optimized for high checkout conversion.\nKey responsibilities:\nMap end-to-end integration paths, research technical requirements, and oversee the full lifecycle of new and existing bank integrations.\n\nTest payment flows from the end-user perspective by managing test environments, configuring accounts, using VPNs, and validating UI filters.\n\nMonitor integration performance, optimize bank selection layouts, and eliminate checkout friction points based on data insights.\n\nBenchmark integration flows and performance against competitors and industry standards.\n\nDrive technical issues and improvements end-to-end – from identifying root causes and gathering diagnostic data to coordinating with Dev, Product, Ops, and external providers.\n\nEstablish clear, repeatable onboarding and testing processes for upcoming bank integrations to help scale payment infrastructure.\n\nMaintain proactive day-to-day communication with bank representatives, external providers, and internal teams.\n\nCollaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to evaluate performance metrics and prioritize upcoming integrations.\n\nMinimum qualifications:\nExperience in fintech, payments or e-commerce (particularly with Open Banking, SEPA, or payment gateways)\n\nStrong technical understanding of web applications and browser architecture, with hands-on proficiency in Chrome DevTools.\n\nHands-on technical testing, troubleshooting network/browser issues, and capturing reproducible diagnostic data.\n\nAbility to read and interpret technical API documentation and map complex integration dependencies.\n\nHigh degree of ownership and curiosity – independently researching flows and documentation without relying on predefined templates.\n\nStrong, proactive communication skills with a natural drive to connect with people and partner effectively with both engineering and business teams.\n\nProven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to completion, collaborating closely with Tech, Product, and Analytics to validate hypotheses and measure conversion impact.\n\nFluent in English and Polish (written and spoken)\n\nAbility to use AI tools effectively and responsibly in day-to-day workflows.\n\nAvailability to work in a hybrid setup (2–3 days per week from our Warsaw office).\n\nNice to have:\nPractical experience testing APIs directly using Postman.\n\nStrong eye for UX/UI design patterns and best practices in checkout
