Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors across the UAE. Verify that proposed materials comply with project specifications, technical requirements, and client standards.\nCoordinate with project teams, engineers, and quantity surveyors to understand procurement requirements. Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to achieve the best value for the company. Continuously monitor market prices and maintain up-to-date knowledge of material cost trends and supplier capabilities.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors throughout the UAE. Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery performance to ensure project requirements are met.
