The founder is an ex-Amazon Principal Engineer who built Amazon's payment security infrastructure.\nThe role\nYou'll own the customer from signed contract onward: onboarding, integration setup, policy tuning, support, renewals and expansion for security and IT teams at 75+ mid-market and enterprise companies. Today that work is shared across the CEO and the engineering team; you'll run it as a function, with the engineers behind you for anything deep. You'll work directly with the CEO and the engineering team every day.\nWhat you'll do:\nOnboard new customers: connect Slack, Google Workspace, M365, Zendesk, AI tools, endpoints and browsers, set up DLP/DSPM policies, and get them to value fast\nOwn the customer Slack channels: triage questions, reproduce issues, debug integrations, and hand the engineering team a clean ticket (not a vague complaint)\nRun renewals and find expansion: more seats, more connectors, endpoint and browser DLP, AI data security\nBuild the playbooks and automation (AI agents, docs, health scores) that scale customer success as the customer base grows\nTurn customer pain into product input the engineers can act on\nWho we're looking for\n3+ years in a customer-facing post-sales role (customer success, technical account management, solutions engineering) at a B2B SaaS company. Former startup founder or founding team member strongly preferred.\nTechnical: you can read API docs, debug an OAuth or SSO integration, understand how DLP policies and detectors work, and talk credibly to a security engineer. Having worked at a security, DLP, DSPM or compliance company is a strong plus\nExtreme ownership. You don't escalate problems; you solve them and then build the system so they don't recur\nCommercially minded: comfortable owning renewals and expansion numbers, not just NPS\nClear writer, fast mover, uses AI tools aggressively for support, docs and ops\nCompensation\n$100K-$140K base plus variable on renewals and expansion, plus equity.
