Working closely with clients and project teams, the DM Lead ensures data is migrated accurately, on time, and in line with agreed quality standards and project requirements.\nThe role involves managing day-to-day migration activities, coordinating DM Support resources, providing guidance to clients, and reporting progress to the Workstream Lead. As a key client-facing role, the DM Lead is expected to recommend the most suitable solutions, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful delivery of all country-level migration deliverables. Typically, the role requires prior experience as a DM Support or in a similar data migration position.\nDM Lead - Responsibilities\nThe DM Lead is responsible for delivering data migration activities for a country, ensuring compliance with project standards, timelines, and quality requirements. The role includes executing data migration cycles, managing data validation and reconciliation, resolving data issues, and supporting testing and deployment activities.\nThe DM Lead works closely with clients and project teams, leads migration workshops and discussions, communicates data requirements, and supports data quality and cleansing activities.
