Your responsibilities may be focused on payroll and/or customer services and you will be flexible supporting either as or when required\nKey Responsibilities\nIndependently process Payroll End to End to ensure delivery as per the agreed processing calendar(s) and to the agreed KPIs. \nIndependently perform Data Management or Customer Service activities as per the agreed calendar and KPIs.\nSupport Statutory and Year End Reporting to the agreed calendar(s) and to the agreed KPIs.\nUse Payroll expertise to advise upon client queries/issues and ensure a strong understanding of country specific legislation and tasks.\nSupport and knowledge transfer Apprentices and/or Associates on Data Management or Customer Service activities.\nEnsure Tickets and Calls are responded within SLA timescales and to a high standard.\nSupport System Maintenance Testing.\nLiaise and transact with Third Parties.\nSOC Controls completed on time and with the necessary evidences\nSupport and contribute to root cause analysis to ensure details are accurate and that feasible preventative measures are suggested to limit any reoccurrence.\nConduct Knowledge Transfer sessions and ensure the audience has understood and can put into practice.\nMaintenance of DWIs to ensure processes are up to date and reflective of the service.\nAll system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary details and evidences so Application Services and/or Products can investigate.\nHighlight to Service Manager any deviations from the standard scope of service.\nAbility to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.\nTime Recording to be completed accurately and on time.\nStrada Security Standards are adhered and followed.\nContribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to your Service Manager.\nEnsure you are up to date with all Strada HR announcements and communications.\nBuild good relationships with all lines of businesses where appropriate.\nUpdate internal stakeholders, when needed, in a timely and accurate way.\nParticipates in projects and activities as needed and assigned.\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience\nKnowledge, Education, Certification, Skills & Technical Proficiencies\n2-3 years of experience in Swedish Payroll administration in an HR Outsourcing, Payroll Services, or Corporate environment.\nGood understanding of Swedish payroll legislation, tax regulations, social security requirements, and statutory reporting.\nExperience processing payroll data, including hires, terminations, absences, benefits, and payroll adjustments.\nHRIS knowledge such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar payroll/HR systems is preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.\nFluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.\nIf you have a Swedish BankID, that will be a plus.\nWork Experience\nExperience in a payroll role, preferably supporting Swedish payroll processes.
