Displays decision-making skills that support company and payroll policies.\nMainResponsibilities\nKey responsibilities:\nIndependently process payroll from end to endaccordingthe defined standards and client requirementsincludingall associated payroll tasks\n\nMonitor and manage ticketqueuesusing theappropriate BItools toensuretickets are handledperthe defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds\n\nAbility toutilizethehrXsuite of tools asitrelates to payroll processing and all associated activities\n\nBe able to understand and interpret apayslip\n\nBe able to understand and follow the payroll calendar\n\nIdentifydeviations from the standard scope of service and act accordinglyincluding the identification and support of change request opportunities\n\nAbility to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information\n\nProduce and understand standardand client specific payroll reportsincluding statutory year end reporting needs\n\nReview andvalidatedata for accuracyandcompletenessand initiates corrections per the defined standards\n\nAnswerpayrollrelatedquestions and requests\n\nSupport and execute SOC1 Controls\n\nMaintainandapplydefined work instructions (DWIs)\n\nPerform Transactions with Third parties\n\nProvide clear knowledge transfersto peers\n\nSupport the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process\n\nSupport and manage system maintenance testing\n\nSupport technical issue coordination and resolution\n\nMaintains current knowledge of legislationrequirements;system updates,changesand overall payroll procedures\n\nParticipates in projectsand activitiesas needed and assigned\n\nKeyCriteria tomonitorperformance\nAdherence toall Security and Compliance procedures\n\n100% Attainment of customer SLA agreements\n\nAdherence to quality standards\n\nDemonstrate professionalism and act responsibly\n\nNGA Core Competencies\nBe Accountable - Take advantage of the World of Opportunity anddemonstratepersonal responsibility and eagerness to explore& acquirethe necessary skills.
