Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology - helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.\nLearn more at www.stradaglobal.com\nAs a Workday Data Conversion Senior Consultant, a typical day to include the following:\n\nJob Overview\nManage the successful and on-schedule completion of Workday conversion activities and deliverables throughout the project life cycle\nFocus on strategy, scope, risk, escalations, staffing and budget\nEnsure adherence to Cloud Deployment Solutions (CDS) conversion and reporting methodology and best practices\nEngage on multiple concurrent projects\nAccountabilities\nFacilitate client discussions on data requirements, conversion methodology and data validation\nAdhere to Strada Cloud Deployment Solutions (CDS) conversion and reporting methodology and best practices\nAnalyze risk and seek preventative measures\nPerform research on conversion issues, identify root cause, and implement corrective measures\nContribute to the enhancement and maintenance of internal conversion tools; recognize business process inefficiencies and recommend improvements\nDemonstrate ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision\nDemonstrate ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training\nAnswer all inquiries on a timely basis\nUnderstand priorities and request help and support when needed\nFollow through on tasks and commitments; demonstrate strong work ethics and set an example for others\nExchange information with appropriate people to complete work and keep information confidential as needed\nTrain and mentor less experienced team members\nCommunicate effectively with team members and clients\nKeep Project Manager informed on project escalations\nComplete all required Knowledge Bytes to maintain Workday certification\nParticipate in internal training, Workday Wednesdays and other events that help share knowledge across the practice\n\nQualifications\nCan effectively manage the activities and deliverables of a team\nQuick learner and motivated to understand various technologies\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong work ethic\nAbility to manage fluctuating workloads\nPassion for data accuracy and completeness\nResourceful and has great attention to detail\nDemonstrates enthusiasm and commitment towards the job and goals of the organization\nAbility and willingness to train and mentor other team members\nCan work in a fast-paced, fast-growth, high-energy environment\nAbility to handle multiple high priority activities concurrently\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills\nAccepts and adapts to change\nAbility to travel up to 35% of the time\n\nKnowledge and Expertise of\n5 to 7 years of experience in HRIS field\nKnowledge and experience of translating business requirements into system requirements\nKnowledge and experience with databases, entity relationships, SQL and Programming\nPrevious consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company\nExperience in data conversions for Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications preferred\nDemonstrated project management experience\nAbility to travel up to 35%\nWorkday HCM Certified strongly preferred\nWorkday Certification is a requirement of the role.
