It's a $300B+ market ripe for innovation.\nThe Opportunity\nWe're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join us in-person at our SF office. You'll work at the forefront of voice AI technology - developing, evaluating, and deploying state-of-the-art LLM and voice systems that push the limits of conversational AI.\nAs a senior full-stack engineer, you'll have large ownership and work closely with customers to build products they'll love. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape both the product and the engineering culture as we scale.\nWhat you'll get done in the first week\nShip your first PR to production - no lengthy onboarding, you're contributing immediately\n\nGet hands-on with our voice AI stack and understand the architecture behind thousands of automated insurance calls\n\nMeet the team, shadow customer calls, and start identifying areas where your experience can have an immediate impact\n\nWhat you'll do in your first 30 days\nOwn a meaningful feature or system improvement end-to-end - from design to deployment\n\nStart shaping technical decisions on architecture, tooling, or infrastructure\n\nBuild relationships with FDEs and customers to understand where the product needs to go next\n\nWhat you'll do in your first 90 days\nTake ownership of a core product area (voice, chat, workflows, or integrations) and drive its roadmap\n\nLead technical initiatives that ship directly to customers - not internal tools that sit on a shelf\n\nHelp establish engineering best practices and mentor newer engineers as the team scales\n\nHave a real seat at the table on product and technical strategy as an early engineer at a high-growth company\n\nWhat You'll Need\n4+ years (Engineer) / 6+ years (Sr. Engineer) / 8+ years (Staff Engineer) of experience building production software, preferably some at startups\n\nDeep experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js\n\nStrong attention to detail and an eye for design\n\nExperience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure\n\nExperience with PostgreSQL\n\nTrack record of owning technically challenging, cross-functional projects\n\nCustomer-first mindset - you're interested in talking to users, not just writing code\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team\n\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently\n\nNice to Have\nExperience deploying reliable LLM-based products in production\n\nExperience with Vite + TanStack technologies (Router/Query/Table)\n\nExperience with Temporal\n\nExperience working with data-intensive or real-time applications\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary ($160K -
