This includes capabilities such as internal dashboards, workflow tools, Fraud Detection Systems, transaction monitoring, screening, investigation workflows, and case management. As StraitsX continues to grow, these tools will require continuous improvement to support new products, markets, operational needs, regulatory requirements, and emerging fraud or scam patterns.\nWhat You Will Do\nWork with internal teams to understand workflows, pain points, and product needs.\nTranslate business and operational requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.\nBuild and improve internal dashboards, workflows, case management tools, and operational controls.\nSupport Fraud and Compliance capabilities such as FDS, transaction monitoring, screening, and investigation tools.\nSupport internal tooling across different StraitsX products and markets.\nWork closely with Engineering from problem definition through launch and ongoing improvement.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.\nUse data and user feedback to prioritize and improve internal tools.\nWhat We Are Looking For\n3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a similar role.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify operational processes.\nGood communication skills and ability to work across business and technical teams.\nAble to translate user and business needs into clear product requirements.\nDetail-oriented and comfortable working with workflows, rules, and operational processes.\nComfortable using data and user feedback to support product decisions.\nInterest in fintech, payments, fraud, compliance, or financial services.\nExperience with internal tools, payments, KYC/KYB, fraud, transaction monitoring, or screening is a
