product specifications and documenting user stories.\nBuild alignment across product teams, leadership, and partners in Commercial, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering.\nDefine and analyze metrics to monitor product health, and design/interpret experiments and/or A/B tests to improve the user funnel.\nWork closely with developers to design user acceptance test cases and drive development with a world-class team of engineers and designers.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nAt least 3 to 5 years of experience in Payment Product Management.\nAbility to quickly absorb technical concepts, familiarity with SQL, and the skill to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.\nA proven track record of delivering measurable results and the willingness to \"roll up one's sleeves\" to solve complex customer problems.\nStrong ability to influence people across functions and the outspokenness to escalate concerns and facilitate stakeholder discussions before they become issues.\nA deep care for getting the details right to ship best-in-class products and a thorough understanding of every step in the product
