Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team. In this role, you will take ownership of hiring across different functions and regions. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs, advise them on the talent market, and build effective recruitment strategies. Beyond managing day-to-day hiring, you will also help strengthen our overall Talent Acquisition approach through better sourcing, talent mapping, reporting, and process improvements.

Experience hiring within the Web3, crypto, fintech, or technology industry will be highly valuable, as you will need to understand a competitive and fast-changing talent market. Fluency in Mandarin is essential, as you will regularly work with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering, technology, commercial, finance, operations, and other business functions.
• Lead and support Talent Acquisition team members by setting priorities, providing guidance, and helping them grow in their roles.
• Work closely with the team to ensure hiring activities are well coordinated and recruitment goals are met.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategy, candidate profiles, and market conditions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Build strong talent pipelines and conduct talent mapping for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular hiring updates, reports, and market insights to hiring managers and the Head of People.
• Use recruitment data to identify challenges, improve hiring efficiency, and support better decision-making.
• Keep hiring managers informed about market trends, talent availability, salary expectations, notice periods, and other factors that may impact hiring.
• Review and improve Talent Acquisition processes, with a focus on sourcing effectiveness, stakeholder experience, and candidate experience.
• Stay updated on talent trends within Web3, crypto, fintech, and the wider technology industry.
• Work closely with the wider People team on recruitment and other cross-functional People initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with solid exposure to tech/engineering and generalist functions.
• Strong understanding of the Web3/crypto industry, including key talent pools and hiring challenges.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage recruitment workflows with minimal supervision.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with recruitment metrics and reporting tools.
• Experience with ATS platforms, AI tools, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Web3-focused platforms).
