If you are a technical athlete who can lead a war room of demanding executives and then dive into a data model to solve a bottleneck, this is the role.\nBackground: Strala is automating claims and improving loss ratios for the world’s largest insurers. We are rebuilding the $280B foundation of the world's largest industry with applied AI.\nIn less than a year, we have reached multi-seven-figure ARR. We raised two rounds from Tier 1 funds led by the early partners in OpenAI, Cognition, and Ramp. Our lean team is a concentrated unit of top tier competitors: the top industry sales leaders, engineers from DRW, Optiver, AWS, and Palantir; AI researchers from Oxford and Cambridge labs publishing at ICML, ICCV, and NeurIPS; and multiple ICPC and Olympiad winners.\nIn this role you will\nOwn multiple client deployments from post-sale design through go-live and stabilization - and be the single point of contact for VP-level stakeholders throughout.\n\nWork with client teams on architecture, data models, workflow design, and source-of-record decisions.\n\nTurn messy client reality into clear plans: milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and cadence. Communicate progress and blockers to client executives and internal engineering with equal precision.\n\nBuild trust with senior stakeholders while going deep with operators and technical teams. You are credible in both rooms.\n\nCoordinate daily with Strala's engineering and sales teams - translating client needs into engineering priorities and deployment context into deal strategy.\n\nPartner with Sales on late-stage deals to shape scope and create paths to expansion.\n\nSF-based.
