Decision Support is rated #1 in KLAS and is known as the “gold standard” for understanding cost and margins. You will partner directly with and provide guidance to key team members and executive stakeholders at the largest health systems in the world. The responsibilities of this role include: \nImplement significant components of StrataJazz®, specific to Cost Accounting, Service Line Margin Analytics, and Episode Analytics at multiple customers across the country. \nImplementation includes configuring the user requirements, validating functionality, building reports, developing workflows, and testing key features of the software while delivering the project on time and on budget. \nArticulate an understanding of healthcare finance as it relates to customer needs. \nCommunicate proactively with Strata team members, managers, project managers, and executives on issues and risks that may arise during the project life cycle and develop and execute action plans to mitigate said risks proactively. \nExhibit strong consultative communication skills resulting in success in driving customer engagement. \nLead customer meetings and trainings to ensure customers understand specific features and functions related to StrataJazz®. \nMeaningfully contribute to operational improvement and strategic growth projects to enable Strata to continue to scale operations and continually improve our level of service to customers. \nProvide feedback to the product development team regarding enhancement requests, defects, and other issues. \nWork in an Agile environment and learn one of the most widely used and effective methodologies for building and implementing high quality, feature-rich software. \nWhat we’re looking for: \n2-3 years experience independently leading customers through complex projects with a focus on timeline and budget. \n2-3 years experience implementing and configuring software. \n2-3 years experience working in healthcare finance and/or clinical healthcare operations. \nAbility to communicate with all levels of an organization in a clear and articulate way. \nAdvanced Excel skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, IF Statements). \nWillingness to travel within the US as needed to customer locations up to 20-35% \nYou'll really wow us if you have: \nExperience in healthcare consulting directly related to Decision Support \nExperience using SQL or relational database concepts \nExperience using StrataJazz \nEstimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000\n Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role.
